The House Tour You've All Been Waiting For...

Well probably not but I did finally get some pics of Weld House Home #2.
I took these on two different occasions.
A few this fall and the majority a couple weeks ago.
As you will see, the Mrs. is very festive and she makes me feel like I am slacking :)
And I thank her for letting me snoop around and take some snapshots when that really is not the reason I was even over there.
 Master Bedroom
 I love how she decorates.

 Outdoor living
 Goodnight fall
And back on a warm, spring day.
 A look around the Den

 The fun playroom

Cute shelf in the Kid Bath

 Aren't these lockers great?
Love the chalkboard too.
 She even changes the bedding!
This is hard to take a picture of, but they decided to leave one of their dormers open and I think it's such a neat part of the house.

 A look around the kitchen

And Mudroom Area
Thanks again for letting me come by and take pictures, unannounced.
Though with how things looked, it seems like she knew I was coming!

Just a Few Pics

Weld House Home #4 is wrapping up.
More has happened since these pictures but someone I know and love keeps forgetting to take more pictures.
Ok, so I know there are more important things he is remembering at least.
The walls have been painted and the cabinets have been stained.
We went on a shopping trip last night to round up the remaining light fixtures, smoke alarms, etc.
I am anxious to see the marble that has been installed in the bathrooms...
I love the gray master bedroom.
And that is all I have for now but will be back with more soon.
Thanks for stopping by.

A Little Dog Told Me to Check Out This Post

So much has progressed since the last time I posted!
It's partly my fault since I have been busy doing other things but it's also because things have been happening at a rapid pace.
Spray foam insulation and electrical wiring was installed.
 Sheetrock came next.

Fancy ceiling construction took place in the master bedroom.
This now has trim and will also include special lighting.  So pretty!
 Rock trucks arrived.
 And rock laying began.

 Sidewalks were added.
One from the back porch to the carport
And a short sidewalk to a new slab that will house an outdoor kitchen

Work took place on the driveway.
 So many rocks
Each one put it place by hand.
 Doesn't it look great?
When the skies cleared and some of the puddles dried, Lily and I got to go along to check out the progress in real life!
Cabinets had been installed.
This is the laundry room.
 Master Bath
 Master shower
 Nice, big master closet.
I spy a cute baby.
And the daddy's not too bad looking either :)
 Den and kitchen area.
I LOVE the pine ceiling!
I spy someone else cute.
Here he is, warming up by the light.
Just like I used to do when working on our Weld House!
(Guess I think like a dog.)
A closer look at the kitchen.
 Blue skies!
And dreams of outdoor cooking and hanging out.
 A look at the back.
Love the bay window.
This stage of building is the best.
All the little details coming together to make a home.
I really do love my husband's job :)
Gus* says, "Thanks for stopping by to visit.  We'll be back with more soon."
