 Weld House Home #7 is underway.

The foundation was poured.

 The steel frame was erected.

 Interior framing took place.

 Electrical and HVAC was installed.

 Ready for rock.

 Glad it's 70 today and not like this!

Drywall in place.

We are already in the fun stages of this house: paint, light fixtures, counters, flooring...
