 The Barndominium is complete!

 I love how everything turned out and can imagine many gatherings taking place in this beautiful home for the beautiful family.

I'll be back to show pictures of a booth Jason built for the nook beside the pantry.  I don't have the final pictures yet but in the meantime, we have this table for sale!

Dimensions are 40.5x71.5x32 tall.

It is one of my favorites that he's built and wished we could keep it!

But we can't so am crossing my fingers that we can find it a loving home.

It's $595 and can be picked up at our home or we'll deliver it locally for an additional $50.

Finishing Touches

 We are right in the middle of all of the finishing touches coming together.

My favorite part.

Cabinets are being stained.

 Vanity countertops are being installed.

 Trim is lining the walls.

 Accent walls are coming together.

 The pantry is decked out in barn wood.

 The stairs are being covered in perfect, rustic wood.

 And shelves, rods,

 And storage are being installed everywhere!

Well, I better get out of my pjs.  Jason will be home soon.  He is building the platform that will be rocked for the wood burning stove and then we leave to buy more materials.

Barndominium Update

 Lots of progress has been taking place at the barndominium.

Kitchen cabinets installed.

Pantry on the right.

 Bathroom cabinets

 Doors and windows trimmed

 Front door

 Shutters and porch columns wrapped in cedar

We're right in the middle of the fun part.

Moving Along

 I rode along with Jason the other day and took a couple snap shots of the barndominium progress.

The upper windows were in place.

And the inside is also moving right along.

We'll be back to post more soon.

More About That Barndominium

 I finally got around to getting the pictures from Jason's phone.

Here is how the barn started.

 Some dirt work was done.

 After plumbing was added, cement was poured.

 Some of the tin walls were removed.

 Metal frame work was reconfigured.

 And added.

 An iron truss was built for the back patio.

 The front door and windows were installed.

 Metal sheets put in place.

Windows will be installed at the very top. 

I already love this house and can't wait to see it progress.
